When am I charged?
You are only charged when you click Download. You can upload, process, and preview for free — the £1 charge only happens at the point of download via Stripe.
What if my file fails to process?
If processing fails, you will not be redirected to checkout and will not be charged. If you reach checkout but the file has expired, contact us.
Is there a refund policy?
Because the processed file is delivered immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds once the download has been completed. If you experience a technical issue, contact us.
Can I process multiple files at once?
Some tools (like Merge PDF and JPG to PDF) accept multiple input files for a single £1 output. Each output file is £1, regardless of how many inputs you provided.
